This is Lake Thun in Switzerland. The castle does exist and is 13th century. The artist is Monet or rather what I think he would look likened he's painting the castle from his view which one can view. Monet has a beautiful poem about a bird so I added my favourite one to the painting. Also the three boats in a line was inspired by Monets painting
