About The Artist

Mariana Scvortova studied at the Academy of Arts Tallinn-Estonia and graduated with a degree in painting and art education. In her international artistic activity she has completed several commissions for interior design for public -, sacred- and private property, as in several layers, and she has participated in several solo exhibitions. Since 2001 she is also artistically and pedagogically active in Germany and Switzerland. Her paintings are nostalgic, melancholic, sentimental, sad, even critical and rebellious and are in harmony with the modern life.
