Oil on panel, 60 x 80 cm. This painting was painted in 2016 after reading many books about consciousness. We sometimes focus so much on the goal or destination that we forget the way there. We lose touch with every valuable step. Because we are 'not there yet', stress arises. But it's not about what's missing or what steps are next. It's about now. So even if you have no idea where to go, that's totally okay. Embrace that uncertainty, doubt or unrest. Such a place without answers is actually very lively, creative and full of potential. More and more I realize that it is wonderful to let go of your limiting inner patterns, thoughts and convictions, and to be able to live truly free from the heart. To be able to make your choices from unconditional love, your inner strength, and pure self. Choices that support yourself and lead yourself step by step to more freedom. Life without limits. The more limitless we feel ourselves, the more we feel we are truly alive. And that is the idea of ​​the painting without borders.
