Mother Earth

This four panel composition measures 60 X 12 X 2 X 4. It is primarily acrylic with natural botanic elements that were pressed and later incorporated into the artwork. It is done on birch panel with two-inch gallery wrapped sides. I write an original poem for each of my paintings. The following is the poem I wrote for this piece which is hand-written on the back. Mother Earth So kind and loving Your sunshine keeps me warm Your breezes wrap around me Like hugs for a lonely soul Your beauty so inspires me To look deeper and deeper still Your lessons they empower me My empty cup they fill.
