About The Artist

Maximo Ortiz He is a graduate of the School of Design at Altos de Chavon, with a specialization in Illustration and Fine Arts and from the school of Fine Arts of San Pedro de Macoris. He has worked as an illustrator for companies Aristo and Cigar America California, Los Angeles and Jay line in New Jersey. He lives in New York City. He is a member of the Dominican College of Fine Arts. His works are in private collections found in Puerto Rico, Cuba, Mexico, Panama, Venezuela, USA and the Dominican Republic. He tries to express in his works, life, the feeling, and other things of the living. The relationships of the people with nature. He paints what he feel and all the images that arise in his dreams.
