A Witch's Garden must be a beautiful one. It must be mysterious and a bit fairy-tale like. Normal plants cannot grow in it. They must be predatory or extremely beautiful. Or in an unusual color. This is not the garden you would expect. Maybe it changes hourly, maybe the plants don't grow there in the ground, but they can fly. Their scent is intoxicating and brings visions, dreams, soothing if needed. The fog is blue there and the wild orchids blink in greeting.
