Hidden treasures

When I was little, I loved to play with other kids in the garden creating little hidden treasures and hiding them in the dirt. We would use little pieces of broken glass, layering them with some colorful shiny objects (as chocolate wrap) at the inner side of the glass and bury those in soil all over the garden. Then we would look for the hidden pieces and carefully wash away top soil layer, exposing shiny glass with hidden object inside. I always had a thrill while playing that game and I would always remember those memories many years later. It felt magical - to create a little glass window in dirt with something shiny and precious hidden inside... Acrylic on canvas with multiple resin layering, epoxy finish.
