This painting is about finding the perfect balance in life and so I gave it the name - SPIRITUAL BALANCE. It is about finding balance in life via our spiritual connection to all aspects of who we are and our connection to the nature and all forms and aspect of life. Spirituality to my limited understanding is ALL encompassing; and it is about Full AWARENESS of all aspects of life. That is the emotional, physical, psychological, social, sexual, and all aspects that affects us internally as well as externally. It affects our frame of mind - the way we see each other, the way we process our thoughts, and the way we respond to others. It is about gaining a clearer perspective so that you can bring balance to our lives. It is centered in Love and Peace and full acceptance of who we are on every level of our existence. I am finding true beauty in when I let go, and let be. Living in the moment as I fully accept me as I AM, on every level, in every situation, and with everyone. Everyday and every waking moment present an opportunity to learn, grow and progress towards a life of fullness where love, happiness and peace is present in every moment. However, at times this is a MAJOR challenge and HUGE struggle. Nevertheless, my journey continues.
