The horse as the personification of patient silence. When it would seem worthwhile to revolt, it will humbly wait and endure with its head down. The painting was inspired by the play "Holstomer", where the horse is both the main character and the hero who is constantly pitied throughout the action, as well as the animated series "BoJack Horseman". Two images from different centuries, so different from each other, on the canvas merged into one. 20x30 cm, gouache, canvas 2023, St. Petersburg
