Mircea Titus ROMANESCU Born in 1950 in Piatra Neamt, Romania. In 1974 he graduated from the Polytechnic Institute Bucharest and in 2006 Western University Timisoara- Romania, Faculty of Arts, Management in Visual Arts. Member of Union of Visual Artists of Romania.
