About The Artist
As a self-taught artist, I draw inspiration from the beauty of nature, especially from my homes in Mallorca and Cascais, Portugal. My earlier abstract works include two distinct series: abstract seascapes inspired by the Mediterranean and textured pieces that explore human relationships and connections with the divine. The seascapes reflect the colors and moods of the sea, while the textured works, in natural beige tones with touches of gold, convey themes of unity, love, and spiritual connection.
Recently, I’ve shifted my focus to creating detailed charcoal artworks of animals. These pieces go beyond realism, aiming to evoke emotions such as courage, love, and curiosity. My goal is to make viewers feel these uplifting emotions through the animals I depict.
While my journey began with abstraction, I am now exploring realism and look forward to blending these styles in future works. My art is a celebration of beauty, offering moments of peace, joy, and inspiration.
