About The Artist

As "original Munich" I saw the light of day on the 13.1.1970 and grew up in the district Sendling. From an early age I discovered my artistic streak and with skillful hands I developed an extraordinary artistic talent, which already gave me two Bavaria-wide art prizes in the art performance course at the Gymnasium. During the subsequent apprenticeship as a wood sculptor and carpenter, I received further Danner Foundation handicraft awards for "human figure" and "the good form". For a long time I worked as a nurturing nurse with severely multiple-impaired people. Now is the time to realize my skills in sculpture and thus the former visions and to present my works to the public. My inspiration was once the story "Narcissus and Goldmund" by Herrmann Hesse. Here, the women's lover and former monastic student "Goldmund" goes on his travels in the service of a great wood sculptor to learn the sculpture. Out of his deepest inner need, Goldmund wants to find the "original mother" and carve her in wood ... The result of my work are impressive, wonderfully aesthetic, large format Sculptures.
