About The Artist
Like many artists I have had a life long passion for all things creative. I graduated from The University of Vermont as a studio art major in 1976 and spent a number of years making and selling batiks of landscapes in the Boston area. I also continued taking courses in photography, water color and oil painting.
Today my primary focus is in oil paintings and encaustics. I paint landscapes, urbanscapes, gardens, houses, pets, and still lifes.
I live in New york, outside Manhattan and belong to:
Oil Painters of America
Artists in the Parks
Arts Council of Rockland
Edward Hopper Art Center
League of Our Own
