About The Artist
Born and raised in NC, I now live in NJ. I have been painting and designing on canvas for over 22 years now. Coming out of the
Of the Military in 1984, I was released with Medical Honorable Discharged due to PTSD and Depression. So, in saying that, Art is more of Therapy for Me and helps me direct my negative experiences in a positive way. Over the year, I developed affiliations with 13 different Galleries and 8 different Art Group. The primary galleries affiliated with are The African American Heritage Museum of Southern NJ.-Atlantic City NJ. The West End Arts Center in Long Branch NJ. The Fireworks Gallery and Art Center in Camden NJ and others in the NJ and PA area. I am currently the Aid Curator and Pop Up Art Coordinator for Studio67Medford.com For me, art is a tool that I use to escape the negative experiences and open an avenue that helps me cope with life, itself.
