Bateleur Eagle
0.0 x 0.0
Bateleur is French for tumbler or tight rope walker. The bird gets its name from the strange way it flies. If you are going to fly, wings and a tail (one would think are essential). The Bateleur has great wings, but an almost complete absence of a tail. Little wonder that it appears to loose balance in flight, as a birds tails are the steering mechanism. Why it has no tail, I have no idea, thank goodness I only paint them and had no part in the design. PRICE $ 636.00 unframed Prices include postage within South Africa. Other countries, postage will be quoted obtained for postage or courier as this is excluded in the price. Painting size 400 x 535 mm - Acrylic on Board order@artpromotions.co.za
