About The Artist

Christopher pieces his way through life until the picture beomes clearer. As a child, Christopher did not draw or explore his creativity, but a traumatic life event changed things. At the age of 25, with the passing of his father just weeks before, he set forth on the proverbial trek to find himself. To where he was not sure, but he strode forward none the less. Two weeks after his loss, he found that he was accepted into the Laguna College of Art & Design in Laguna Beach. Three years later, after tirelessly and passionately working from the ground up, Christopher earned a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. After showing in Group and Solo Exhibitions from Laguna Beach to Virginia with his figurative work, Christopher decided to close his eyes and paint from within. Abstraction became the new vehicle. His latest suggests the natural landscape and geometric abstraction. Using everything from maps and found wood, steel and aluminum, wall compound and Oil, he continues to move forward into the blissful unknown.
