About The Artist

Jane Fidalgo was born in Brazil . She graduated from the University of Rio de Janeiro, Escola de Belas Artes in 1973. She left Brazil in 1983 pursuing her husband career. moving every 4 years back and forth to Brazil, USA and Canada, where she lived in Toronto. She is a figurative artist with powerful colors.Her media is oil and pastel. She studied at the Museum of Fine Arts School in Boston with professors Schwartz , Gippetti and the Israeli artist and professor Eli Shamir.
