About The Artist

Patricia BeBeau is a self-taught artist with minimal art instructions in her background. Native of California in the San Francisco Bay Area and resident of Flagler Beach, Fl. A visionary artist interested in the topic of the trinity of mind, body, and soul, making paintings in an effort to "illuminate universal truths" and bring the viewer to an awareness of issues surrounding their participation "in the world community." Her vibrant, eclectic and boldly rendered landscapes and abstractions express the interconnectivity of our contemporary socio-cultural global milieu through the fluid and expressive logic of paint on canvas. Her works are spasmodic yet smooth, rhythmic and meditative, humorously seductive yet brimming with explosive metaphysical potential. In all she sees through the "bling of life" and reveals the true nature of being. I am represented as a New York artist in the Agora Gallery, Chelsea, New York.
