Inspired by the natural world, music, and spirituality, Julie Turner creates vibrant, emotionally evocative works. With a BFA in Painting and Drawing from James Madison University, Turner masterfully blends Abstract Expressionism and Expressionism in her acrylic paintings and digital prints. Her goal is to create artwork that evokes emotions in the viewer. She achieves this through personal reflection and the application of expressive techniques. Turner's energetic paint layering and bold color palettes, create dynamic imagery within her compositions. Her award-winning art aims to inspire joy and positive experiences, encouraging viewers to explore their imaginations and embrace creativity.
