This painting from my earlier series, is callled GUITAR LESSON! I painted thise when music coloured my world and affected me in a profound way. Hence it is fitting that I chose to use primary and secondary colours, simple shapes and lines to bring to life a world bright with colourful radiance. Colours and music motivates me to create and has been among many other factors in life that makes me want to sit and get lost in a world that's so peaceful, calming and reflective. A world where beauty in all shapes and forms takes hold and makes for a more fulfilling life. A life filled with harmonious rhythms and sounds that takes you away on a blissful journey. I love music so it is very natural that I paint while I listen to all types of music depending on what my feelings at that time calls for.
