Sobre el Artista

Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1938 Tomiko Sekiguchi is an industrial artist. In addition to having been awarded ten times at Nippon Leather Craft, she has also won the Saitama City Art Exhibition Encouragement Award. Sekiguchi has been praised as an artist of a new generation whose work goes beyond the boundaries of leather craft elevating it to notable, high art.
