Sobre el Artista

My charcoal drawings are of faces I love; and I love them because the eyes so perfectly transmit the soul or the emotion that it becomes almost tangible to me. I am drawing a fleeting expression which I feel allows me a window to the soul. I try to capture not only the form of my subject, but also the essence of the person within.
