I am Jorge Benitez Velazquez, professional artist, welcome to my artistic world. Born in 1953 in Bolivar Valle, Colombia. Since 1986 live and work in Vienna. Benitez Velásquez studied painting and graphics for six years, among others with Bernardino Labrada and was an assistant to the School of Fine Arts in Cali (Colombia), the third largest city in the country. Finally, he took the plunge to Europe and lived in Vienna as a painter since 1986, but he spent a long time in his homeland. Since 1975 numerous exhibitions have taken place in Colombia, Spain, France, Japan and Austria. gitico2@yahoo.de
