Sobre el Artista

I am a Georgian born artist, I immigrated to the U.K. In the early 90's during the political unrest in my country and then again moved to the United States in the early 2000's. I work mostly in the medium of digital art, mixed media and hand drawings. Having a 12 year experience in working as a clinical psychology, and publishing articles on feminism and female sexuality my work is concerned with exploring themes of female power, oppression, diversity, bondage, violence and creativity inherent in our nature. I also enjoy writing short stories and fairy tales and illustrate them, in this medium I explore the themes of collective unconscious as well as my personal mythology through story telling.
