Sobre el Artista
Leaving behind the hospitality industry in 2016 due to severe pain bordering with paralysis, I have decided to take some time off to recover and get my body back on track. Diagnosed with early stages of osteoporosis, I really had to change my life significantly. What really makes me happy during this period is dedicating my time to creating, painting and challenging myself in new styles and techniques.
Using mixed media, I am trying to create artworks that are reflecting on the world full of diversity, emotional connection between dreams and reality and current issues in the world. Skull and kittens tend to prevail in my portfolio. Simply because of the fact that skull represents the purest form of human being, while not specifying the race, colour of the skin, religion. On the other hand, kittens are used to ease up the theme and reflect on happiness, cuteness and happy moments in the world full of sad and disturbing news. Bright, sombre and glossy colours are representing the dreams of each human being. All artworks are made from scratch, using wood, timber, metals, glass, plaster, canvases, silicon and paint.
