Sobre el Artista

I have been drawing since I was 10. I have taken 4 years of Commercial Art, 1 yr. of Technical Illustration and a year at the Dayton Art Institute. I had stepped away from art for a while because of the progression of life, a job, a son and maintaining a home. I still tried to maintain a studio of sorts but it was difficult to keep at it. Then a life long friend asked me to do a few things for him on cigar box guitars he was building and before I knew it I was right back into my art again and better than I had ever been before. I had finally found my style after years of experimenting with all kinds. And thanks to that I’m in the happiest place in my life so far. —- John Creekmore
