Sobre el Artista

My name is Nina Thorén and I am a painting artist living in the south of Sweden. I work with tempera on linen cloth. My paintings are usually the wild, imaginative character of nature that plays together with a seductive light. It takes the form of both our inner and outer landscape. Sometimes animals appear with words of wisdom, which are aimed at our inner genuine longing. There is a tone that plays on our sense of being wild and free and fully present in the moment with the inspiration of nature. I want it to balance in the borderland between fantasy and reality.
