Artist's Statement My work is about the art of imagination. It is about finding my muse in the everywhere and transferring it to the visual. What happens on the blank canvas or paper is the ever-evolving divine surprise. I offer a variety of subject matter and painting mediums to produce works that are abstract and semi-representational and explore light, color, texture, and movement in order to arrive at unique visual interpretations. At times, the process of creating may be driven by a defined purpose; thus I am conscious of what I want to create. Other times, an inspiration creates an image and the result may or may not reflect exactly the particular image. The reflection of my art is a free expression of creativity and design along with a fresh and unique perspective.
