Sobre el Artista

Andree Amarica was born in Quebec city and was raised there in an artistic family. Music, dance, theatre and visual arts have always been omnipresent in her education. . It was a trip to Europe in the early 90's which triggered and inspired her to work with acrylic and collage on canvas. Her main source of inspiration is the constant changes one finds by observing the sky. Colors are a quintessential fuel for her work. She has exhibited in galleries in the USA mainly in New York city, North Carolina and San Francisco. There were exhibitions also in the Carribeans and Canada. Her work is privately owned and displayed in the US, France, Switzerland, England and Canada. She has developped a substantial body of work and is in constant inspiration for new creations as her visions are incessant within.
