www.angelayoungart.com angelayoungart18@gmail.com Angela Young received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls in 2008. She received her Master of Fine Arts Degree in Printmaking at the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University in Spring 2012. Her work currently addresses the issue of Objectified Body Consciousness, a term used to express the experience of viewing one’s body, as an object separate from one’s self and a discipline to understand the beliefs and behaviors that support this experience. Young has thus far participated more than 100 international and national exhibitions, is a recipient of multiple awards and is published in numerous books, magazines and articles.
