Sobre el Artista
Dusko was born August 15th 1957 in Cazim, previous known as Yugoslavia.
After College he studied at the Art Academy in Sarajevo (Bosnia-Herzegovina).
In 1985, he moved to Cologne where he started his Art Career.
His first Exhibition took place in an old Bakery Warehouse in Bonn.
In 1991 Dusko became a member of the BBK Cologne (Local Committee for
young Artists).
„Red paint is a great contrast to Blue“ in Duskos opinion; with large paint strokes, his Emotions, Dreams are born in Acrylic and other Art techniques.
„My paintings are the result of my inner gut feelings.“ His emotions during painting are daily expressed in his colorful creations. „It feels like my paintbrush is painting by itself“.
Dusko likes to experiment with colors and different Art Forms. Happy
and playful Tools are mixed with darker, tight Expressions. „When I
paint, I use a lot of Energy, it’s like my Inner Feelings are getting
expressed into the Outer World, in return, I feel free, rejuvenated and
the new painting gives me again more power and strength to create a new
Painting“.
An Art Critic, Franziska Behrendt explained; the Artist is
transporting his Inner self and his point of view outward and makes his
expression ‘visible’ for the consumer, customer and client.
