Mixed media on paper artwork "Clematis", 14"X11" won First place at the 61st Annual Montgomery County Agricultural Fair in Gaithersburg MD, August 2009. Natalya B. Parris donated this artwork to the Gaithersburg Police Foundation’s First Art Auction to benefit the Gaithersburg Police Department. The auction took place at the Gaithersburg Hilton on Sunday March 6, 2011. The Police Foundation supplements the Gaithersburg Police Department's funding from the city by providing funds for additional training, lectures and equipment that would not be covered by the city budget.
