About The Artist

MAYASUNN is an international artist who won several prestigious awards in Canada and internationally (CANADA, BELGIUM, ROMANIA, etc.). Her artworks are traveling in galleries, museums and exhibitions around the world including New York, Rome, Sicily, Berlin, Bruges, Bucharest and Montreal. The 4 elements at the origin of life (Earth-Water-Air-Fire) are her greatest inspiration. Having a preference for spray paint cans and airbrush, she pushes her exploration even further at each of her creations and refuses to set herself some boundaries. She loves working with textures and modern products such as epoxy and "UV" paint and she always tries to include some 3D elements in her paintings, such as feathers, jewelry, fabrics, etc. Much more than just traditional paintings, her paintings are rather modern and contemporary works of art.
