About The Artist

Professional creative. I work with painting, sculpture, drawing and photography. In 1970 I began working professionally in the art world. First in the theater and then in the visual arts. University studies and followed the academy and various experiences of the art workshop. I was born in Milan. I lived in many countries such as Spain, France, USA, UK. Now I live in Tuscany for eight months a year and I travel for four months for meetings, collaborations and exhibitions. I consider myself a creative in the broadest sense of the term and as such available to a continuous experimentation and innovation. I work for "interference" in combining various artistic fields, with collaborations, different disciplines in a single project (example the construction of robots and mechanical art performance). My works are the result of careful research and a project, said composition, where material, color and design are united in a cross-functional in the creative process. I use oil, acrylic, pastels, pencils, mineral dust, textiles and collage. I love the brush slow, long and straight as if it were also a sign of the drawing. I believe that matter and must sign must work together to express the final creation. In conclusion, I make art because it is an essential part of what I think and feel and the art form is the way to express myself and communicate with the society. In 1998, in Paris, I am co-founder of the group "interventions artistiques Éphémère." Together for years, we realize interventions lasting up to 24 hours, in environments and abandoned factories. www.monacoart.com
