About The Artist

Born in Terni - Italy - in 1977. He studied Contemporary Literature at Perugia University and took the Photojurnalism Master Course at Istituto Superiore di Fotografia e Comunicazione Integrata (ISFCI - Rome). Professional photojournalist since 2006, he is focused on social subjects with particular reference to Italy and the Middle East. He is represented by Emblema Photo Agency and CORBIS. Among several national prizes he recently gainsn the third prize at the Yonhap International Press Photo Awards 2011 in the category “Enhancement of International Peace” with his first work about Libya revolution. Solo and group exhibitions in Rome, NY, Paris, San Diego, Seul.
