Invitation to HOPE

This is a paintingh I did for a colective exhibityion in Porto. I painted a scupture exhixting in a park of the city. It's name is Flora and IO love it a lot. But the day I took a photo of it to serve me of base to paint I suddebly saw a ballerina of "Giselle" who used to dress up with a vest like the one of the statue and I paionted the ballerina throwing the statue a pair od ballett shoes. That moment the statue started to be human to go dancing with Giselle. I called this painting "Invitation to Hope" because she was dead and now is living.
