From the borders of Quebec, Bernard Proulx is born in Perce, Gaspe. It is the song of waves, the smell of sea sprays and the beauty of its coast that rocked his youth and his imagination. It is said that he is the painter of the Gaspe coast colors. Each of his paintings tells a true story ... or almost!
