A charming still life oil painting of a decorated vase with a wooden box of apples and apple blossom. Taking about many hours to complete, in the manner of the old masters building up layers and glazes to a translucent finish - this was a joy to produce and a labour of love too! It is painted on linen and hand stretched by me to ensure a perfect 'stretch', before framing. The frame is a top quality hand made moulding of museum grade, perfectly suiting the painting and is therefore ready for immediate hanging. The is a special oil painting for a discerning collector with an eye to future investment. Materials used: Old Holland Oil Colour paints.
