Cristobal Ortega was born in Quito on October 24, 1965 , is an artist who revolutionized the art of finger paint in the United States. He studied at the University Cultural Center Extension ( CECU ) Quito, Ecuador , then did a course International Culture and Development (Palace of Conventions in Havana Cuba ), the Cultural Policy Course . Cristobal Ortega has drawn only with his fingers 100 pictures in 60 minutes , becoming the world's fastest painter , attributing this skill to the energy received from their ancestors and the Pacha Mama .
