Lillian Abel has exhibited in New York City and various venues across the United States as well as internationally in Krakow, Poland Phnom Penh, and Battambang, Cambodia. She currently is a member of the Los Angeles Art Association. Abel is the founder of The Art Workshop in downtown Skid Row, Los Angeles, whose mission is to mentor the Artists of the community. This Workshop is featured in the Documentary “Humble Beauty” by Letitia Schwartz & Judith Vogelsang (humblebeauty.com) which has been screened at many film festivals and was aired on KCET TV Public TV on July 12th at 8 p.m.
