carved from a block of PA granite, 96"hi. x 80"w. x 16"d., commissioned to honor Public Servants/Service, by Tim Riordan, retired City Manager of Dayton, OH. includes a seat on either side of the block and a dozen quotes about public service by various notables. the block was a granite surface plate from the nearby Wright Patt AFB. weights about 12,500 #'s now. installed in Cooper Park, Dayton, OH
