About The Artist

Roberta Barbieri 1963 Milanese, painter-teacher. She attended art school and in 1985 graduated in Scenography and Costumes at the Academy of Brera, Milan. She has participated in the creation of theatrical productions and in the context of Visual Merchandising. A multifaceted artist interested in experimenting with other forms of art such as dance, acting, singing and music, she has exhibited in numerous group and solo exhibitions. Over the years he has deepened studies on the preparatory, emotional, therapeutic aspects of artistic expressiveness and organized creative workshops for adults and children in associations and schools. In 2007 she opened in Milan OBYARTStudio Multifunzionale, a space-gallery where she carries out her own pictorial research and at the same time, organizes personal exhibitions, collective exhibitions, workshops, thematic courses, art events, literary and theatrical events. www.obyart.eu
