About The Artist

Kees van den Bos was born in 1946 in The Netherlands and lives in the province of Overijssel in the east of the country. For a long time, he worked professionally as an architectural and landscape photographer. Since 1996 he has made fine-art photography to his main art expression. He has created a number of projects around Greek Mythology, the 1950s, and several other themes. He is secretary of Vereniging Kunstschatten; a group of artists who try to interest young people for creating art and appreciating art in general.
