About The Artist
I began to draw objects around me.
I love drawing; I always practice it copying from nature, trying to capture the third dimension into the plane.
Although I never had formal training in the visual arts, it was always my job and the way to earn a living.
I traveled step by step through Latin America, from south to north and north-south and met the deep America. At that time I lived days of work, need, pleasure and love.
Commercial illustrations, graphic design, advertising, layout and frequent itinerating around studios in drawing and painting, were amalgamated into what is now my job.
I went through different concepts in various Studios of different masters.
Among my favorites are Cecilia Marcovich, Demetrio Urruchua, Juan Carlos Castagnino. I added them the shadow of other great guides, but fundamentally the Lino Enea Spilimbergo?s one.
My path through time, places me in the visual arts as a consequence of that road. The exception is a larger portion of ?feeling" in my work.
I work with the conviction of not having to apologize for that.
More elaboration will turn this into a curriculum, and this is not my purpose.
