Monique Lafond is interested in abstract art and contemporary landscapes which are imbued with textures using all mixed and modern processes available. She uses gross semi-abstract multi-layers of paints and other materials. Soon the picture arise and the work develops until a final point frequently flowers from imaginary spaces. The whole harmonizes with sometimes asymmetric harmony in a subtle chromaticity of warm and cold colors. www.moniquelafondpeintre.com
