The Altered World

Note: Prices available on request. This collection of work is of landscapes altered through my perception or imagination. My altered worlds are present time creations, not preconceived, although I have a starting point in nature. As the work progresses, each addition suggests the next based on a drive to achieve a certain sensation or aesthetic effect and the end result is unknown until it presents itself. Additions of images from renaissance art and images from everyday life such as signs or chairs are not intentionally imbued with meaning but if they suggest a nameless sense of import or mystery, I feel satisfied.
