Inspired by the concept of eternal feminine, ‘Allure’ is a photorealistic pencil on paper artwork; which imaginatively embodies a subtle feminine silhouette. The artist first created the desired shape with acrylic paint, then quickly photographed it while the paint is wet; and finally use the photographs as reference for this drawing. The color intensity is achieved by building layers upon layers of merely colored pencil strokes. The wet look of the paint highlights the sensuality of the feminine, while red color reflects the feminine’ s strong and compassionate essence.
