Katerina G.K. is an emerging, contemporary artist, born in Greece and now living and creating in Sydney, Australia. This is a series of abstract paintings where the artist used mainly acrylic colours, - matte, glossy and metallic -, glitter, spray techniques and gold leaves. To me, this collection is the most intimate and soulful from Katerina G.K. up to date. It is inspired by Greek History, Greek Mythology and the elements and forces of Mother Nature.
