About The Artist

Runping Zhang, a founder of the Chinese New Cobra Painting School, has participated in many Chinese and foreign art exhibitions and won awards. I have held eleven solo exhibitions in Shanghai and Beijing. My works have been listed in the 2018 Da Vinci Art Guide in Spain, recommended by the big screen of New York Times Square in 2019, and won the gold medal and first prize in the 134th Grand Palais Contemporary Salon in Paris, France in 2019. My works are widely collected by domestic and international collectors. Yunping Zhang is committed to the study of the beginning and development of human psyche, and strives to express the individuality and sociality of contemporary human beings, so that later generations will understand the trajectory of contemporary history, attributable to her leaving a trace in the history of art.
