About The Artist

Corina (Kyriaki) Papafragkou was born in Athens (Greece) in 1980. She studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts under professor Triantafyllos Patraskidis. She graduated in 2003 with honors. In 2003 she also studied painting in the University Paris 8 grace to the program Socrates/Erasmus. Since 2005 she is an official Arts teacher in public education in Greece. As an artist, she has set regular personal exhibitions and she has participated in group ones as well. She has also participated in international art symposiums in Mojmirovce and Nitra, in Slovakia. Since 2007 she also designs and creates jewels from polymer clay. She signs her paintings with the initials : "co.pa." and her jewels with the logo : "aRToi" which is the combination of two french words : "art" and "toi" ( meaning "art" and "you" ).
